- Sidebar: Fix .tree-item width calculation to account for margin (was width: 100% + 8px margin, now width: calc(100% - 8px)) - DiffViewer: Simplify .lines-wrapper to display: block (removes unnecessary inline-block + min-width: 100%)

Problem
The sidebar always showed a horizontal scrollbar, even when content should fit.
Root Cause
The
.tree-itemclass in Sidebar.svelte hadwidth: 100%combined withmargin: 0 4px, making each item 100% + 8px wide, causing overflow.Fix
