Update dependencies and fix some audit vulnerabilities (#67)

Incorporates, i.e. closes #59, #60, #61, #62, #63, #64, #65 and #66 as well as pulling in some fixes via npm audit fix.

Using administrator privileges to merge due to CI environment issues.
