Update winston from version 3.16.0 to 3.17.0

Dev dependencies:
Update @eslint/jsfrom version 9.11.1 to 9.14.0
Update @faker-js/faker from version 9.0.1 to 9.2.0
Update @types/node from version 22.7.4 to 22.9.0
Update eslint from version 9.11.1 to 9.14.0
Update typescript-eslintfrom version 8.8.0 to 8.14.0
