Simplifications:

  • drop NAME parameter from workflows
  • move legacydb in with other builds
  • use PR number through merge.yml
  • move release to end of merge.yml
  • banish schemaspy to scheduled job
  • ensure deployments have random envars (triggers!)
  • replace reusable-doc job with qs-helpers workflow
  • remove coverage comments (sonar cloud incoming)
