Registries AUTH Release
Done to prod on Thursday July 29, 2021
Features
- 8354 – The system will retain the search results on staff dashboard after staff views an account info and then comes back to the search page. This was a bug earlier where search results were lost.
- 8306 - When an address is updated for an account, the same shows after the page is refreshed. This was a bug earlier where the address was reverted to an old one after updating.
- 8226 – The staff will get an email when a client resubmits their account for approval after the client updates the information and their account was put ‘on-hold ‘.
- 8218 – The admin or staff user will get appropriate messaging when they are trying to deactivate an account. Messaging:
a. For Outstanding transactions on an account - This account can’t be deactivated yet. There’s a transaction still in progress. You can deactivate this account once it has completed. It takes 10 business days to complete a transaction. Even if a transaction appears on your bank statement, it may not be fully completed yet.
b. If there is credit on the account - This account can’t be deactivated yet. There’s a credit that needs to be refunded before you can deactivate this account. Email BCRegistries@gov.bc.ca to request a refund. They’ll let you know how long it will take. - 8161 – Formatted Transactions/Statements PDF to align with other screens.
- 7961 – A partner application user will see a restricted access page and a button to request access if they don’t have access to a service.
- 7783 - For PPR clients, Business type and size is captured in the system as they register (e.g. register a lien) under a personal name or a business name. If they already have an account, they are intercepted after login and are asked to provide this information.
- 7710 - After a user clicks on Create Account button and Cancels, the redirection happens to the old URL which says Site unavailable. This bug is now resolved.
- 6914 – If payment is unavailable, the orange banner mentions that payment is unavailable for business registry transactions. It was mentioning just cooperative and benefit company filings earlier.
