Bead web folder created for presentation.

This is not a bead beacuse it has an own bead-box container called: bead_web_presentation/box

• Makefile and README included.

• Makefile contains bead box add boxes at the end.

FIXME
The bead web command needs a subcommand to read only from the choosen bead-boxes.
Now the bead web command not working on the server with all boxes included because we have duplicated beads on the server. (Reported to the developper)

This PR creates a new "bead_web_presentation" folder with presentation outputs for bead dependency flow visualization. The folder is designed as a container called "bead_web_presentation/box" rather than a traditional bead, containing generated presentation materials including PDF outputs and dependency flow graphs.

• Added complete Python virtual environment (env/) with PIL/Pillow library components for image processing
• Generated multiple PNG graphs showing bead dependency flows and convergence visualizations
• Created bead_web_presentation.pdf as final presentation output
