Location

We are building this house in a land I inherited from my parents. It is a 54 cent land, facing NE direction. The approach road is small (3-4 meter wide) panchayat road. There is an abandoned paddy field (owned by somebody else) is across the road, right in front of our land.

What should be my priorities

• സുരക്ഷ (safety)
• സൗകര്യം (livable, adequately spaceous, storage, maintanability)
