Installation on Windows

1. download and install python:
  - 64 bit version: https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.13/python-2.7.13.amd64.msi
  - 32 bit version: https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.13/python-2.7.13.msi

2. Download https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py, being careful to save it as a .py file rather than .txt.
Then, run it from the command prompt:

python get-pip.py

You possibly need an administrator command prompt to do this. Follow Start a Command Prompt as an Administrator (Microsoft TechNet).

3. open command prompt and execute this commands:

cd c:\Python27\Scripts
pip.exe install reportlab
pip.exe install xlsxwriter
