Avant le commit précédent is_officiel était à True pour éviter le cas du prélévement réalisé par l'exploitant, on retrouve ici le comportement voulu.

Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi dans ce test on veut éviter le cas du prélèvement réalisé par l'exploitant ?
Qu'il soit officiel ou non, est-ce que la factory PrelevementFactory ne gère pas déjà ce cas via le lazy_ attribute structure_preleveuse ?
