`hsla()` is a legacy alias for `hsl()`. Make HSL string parsing with with both function, and it always output something that is aligned with the web platform

As explained on the MDN page for
hsl(). Thehsla()function is a legacy alias forhsl().This library would not parse correctly HSL color that have an alpha channel using the
hsl()function.This pull request changes the parsing so that it accepts both
hsl()andhsla(). And it will always outputhsl().
