  • Added the ability to format and annotate Y- and X-chromosome STRs (#34)
    • Annotates 24 Y-chromosome and 7 X-chromosome STRs from Verogen's ForenSeq assay
      • Accomodates output from the UAS and STRait Razor
    • Annotates 22 Y-chromosome STRs from Promega's PowerSeq assay from STRait Razor output
    • Includes flanking region annotation if using STRait Razor output
  • Added the ability to input a folder of UAS Sample Details Reports for the format command (#34)
