Initial Minimal Release

Exposes [Term] object stream with terms(<stream>) and ndjson stream with termsNdjson(<stream>). Does not include final stanza! Can't pipe into, pass in stream instead. No tests, no parsing validations, no stats (stanza names occurrences, tag types, etc.).
