This GitHub repository holds chapters of the book – “A Textbook on Computational Systems Biology.” This is an undergraduate-level textbook on computational systems biology. This book covers dynamical models for biological systems, stochastic processes in biology, and graph theory-based analysis of biological networks. Every chapter includes practice exercises and computer simulation codes, and additional resources. Author: Biplab Bose.
