Cherry-pick of PR bitmagnet-io#411. Adds <comments> and <link> elements to Torznab results using a configurable base_url. Fixes clickable links in Prowlarr/Sonarr and Headphones integration (missing <link> element). Configurable via TORZNAB_BASE_URL env var. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

baseURL can only be overridden in supplementary profile
replaces PR #377 as it was simpler to re-code than to merge on top of linter changes.
