People wishing to submit BCIPs, first should propose their idea or document to the official Discord. After discussion, please open a PR. After copy-editing and acceptance, it will be published here.
All contributions must be done as public domain.
Each BCIP should provide a concise technical specification of the feature and a rationale for the feature.
