It is proposed to increase the fractionalDigits to 3 to bring it into line with the needs of InfoPhyto.

I honestly to not see any issue in defining it as 3 digits if an impostant stakeholder has this requirement.
Worst case, the 2-digits system either pad it with a 0 (when sending) or round it (when receiving)

in v2 -> prüfen, ob dies sinnvoll ist. (drei kommastellen: g pro m^2. ist dies granular genug für alle Ingredients?)
