This will return the binary rdkit molecule. This enables a user to do some work in duckdb_rdkit and then continue that work in python RDKit

This PR adds the
mol_to_rdkit_molfunction.The internal representation of a molecule in duckdb_rdkit has additional meta data in front of the binary RDKit molecule.
mol_to_rdkit_molwill convert the duckdb_rdkit molecule to a RDKit compatible binary representation by stripping the metadata from the duckdb_rdkit molecule.Also, this PR edits the documentation.
