This PR brings this package repository in line with the most recent documentation infrastructure and theme.
Notably, I ran into an issue with the export images pipeline. I could only export images locally when the DAQmx runtime was installed, and I was not sure how to set it up online. Thus, I did not add a .bonsai env or build.ps1, just updated the existing SVGs for dark mode support and amended the docs.yml file to run docfx straight.
