implement a Pushbutton LED websocket server on Raspberry Pi

1. when the button is not pressed, LED is off, there is no check mmark in the box on browser
2. if the button is pressed, LED is on, and there is a check mark in the box on browser
3. if the check mark in the box is selected on browser, LED is on without pressing the button
