• Use nproc to obtain processor count, and default to 1 CPU to prevent potential divide by zero.
• Only print out warnings if --verbose is specified

v0.4.1 - Python 3 & Pi-hole 5.0

This point release fixes a bug in phad-simple-install.sh and also adds the --upgrade option to it.

This release is mostly just to update phad to run on Python 3 and has been tested on the recent P-Hole 5.0 release. There is one small change to the phad.conf file. See the README file for details.
