Remove Google+ and Other Inactives, update Xing URL and JS Lib

Google+ and StumbleUpon have been removed, as Google+ is scheduled to be shutdown and StumbleUpon no longer exists. Updated Xing URL and added a small encoding improvement to JavaScript library.

Complete Icon/Code Documentation

A number of small bug fixes, along with documentation for the icons and the code has been fully complete.

First 1.0 Release

First release of the Social Share package, for sharing URL's over social media, with support for 37 social media services, libraries in 4 different languages (PHP, ReactJS, JavaScript, Perl), 1 official source for each service, 3 unofficial sources for each service, and 1 thorough testing of each service before admittance.
