Code used for Caiafa & Pestilli NM Submission 1

This code contains all common code-base used for all Figures of submitted paper plus some functionality used only for the paper (Fig. 2, GB calculations) and not necessary for general distribution.

This code is not suggested for use and is likely to have low compatibility with different OS and MatLab versions.
