Added functionalities
The first one can turn on comment ignoring => when there are comments present in the input XML document, XSLT handles them as nodes, which can cause trouble.
The second one is for ignoring null fields => when there is a node, which has no value (like
<node />) it can be ignored when this option is turned on.
