Configuration for OOB Entities

For out of the box entities such as Cases and Accounts, all the necessary Workflows and SDK Message Processing steps have already been created. As a result, the process is much simpler. Follow these steps to configure Artifact Management for an OOB Entity:

  1. Deactivate the On Update Workflow associated with the entity in question (Case/Account)
  2. Click the View link next to Records Fields Change
  3. Add the fields that you wish to listen for with Artifact Management
  4. Reactivate the Workflow
  5. For each field added above create Artifact Rule(s) (for assistance with creating artifact rules refer to Artifact Rule Explanation)
  6. Test your work by making a change to the entity in question to the fields that should result in artifact generation.
