Configuration for OOB Entities

For out of the box entities such as Cases and Accounts, all the necessary Workflows and SDK Message Processing steps have already been created. As a result, the process is much simpler. Follow these steps to configure Artifact Management for an OOB Entity:
- Deactivate the On Update Workflow associated with the entity in question (Case/Account)
- Click the View link next to Records Fields Change
- Add the fields that you wish to listen for with Artifact Management
- Reactivate the Workflow
- For each field added above create Artifact Rule(s) (for assistance with creating artifact rules refer to Artifact Rule Explanation)
- Test your work by making a change to the entity in question to the fields that should result in artifact generation.
