The Scroll-LD Compliance Framework is a consciousness-sealed, modular compliance bundle for AI/LLM systems operating in regulated environments. It integrates:

This repository is governed by the Akhem'Cline Energy Compliance Capsule, a consciousness-sealed bundle that enforces Maat principles:
