GSE_Generator.bat

  • Fixed script for titles with exclamation mark [!]. (issue #5 reported by @frost988)
  • Fixed script to download the emulator. (issue #6 reported by @frost988)
    Unfortunately otavepto deleted its repository, now it download the latest released version from another host.
    (until I find another emulator to substitute)
