refactor: Remove CubesModalStore and its associated Zustand state man…

…agement. This commit deletes the CubesModalStore file, along with its Zustand-based state management logic. The removal suggests it is no longer needed or has been replaced by a different approach for handling cube modal state. Other related areas of the codebase should now operate without reliance on this store.
