supybot-decision

A plugin that implements a self-enforcing protocol for collaborative decision-making.
Based on the sedeprot[0] library and the proposal of erlehmann and Katharin Tai[1].

Works best with Supybot/Limnoria.

ToDo:
- Specify valid values before first round (optional)
- Implement a timeout and/or dropout condition to avoid deadlock
