移除Android S以及以上的任何定位权限需要，一样能够扫描到设备。作者请检验(主要是清单文件)。因为我已经有APP在google play，几十万用户，已经得到市场检验。
onConnectStart中加入了mac地址的参数回调，这个很有用。之前有的，看作者删除了。
