This is a fairly small release:

On the deployment-site:

  • Fix bugs/warnings associated to webserver certs
  • Rework compose files so that they are easier to maintian
  • build multiarch images (linux/amd64, linux/arm64)
  • auto build images when creating a github release 🤞

On the cBioPortal-site:

  • Update to 6.0.16
  • auto populate sample fields when mutation or clinical attribute is selected
