Install Instructions

1. Extract project files or download from GitHub.

git clone https://github.com/bwally0/nanoelectropore-gui.git
cd ./nanoelectropore-gui

2. Install required packages.

pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Install nanogui package.

pip install .

4. Run nanogui program.
