- Fixes encoding issue in Release build
I suspect a race condition was the root of the problem. So instead of reading the single State.FanCtrl to determine if the fans were set correctly, direct return values from both write operations to the EC are checked.

2- Create new Task
General Tab:
Name - ( should be exactly the .exe in this case (fancontrol.exe)
Run when logged on
Run with highest privileges
Action Tab:
Settings Tab:
-Allow to run on demand
Restart and done!
