          fetch.exe rgb f <r;g;b> <string>        set foreground color

auto neuro and evil mode.

added time-dependent auto neuro and evil mode

after 18:00, default is set to Evil. If it’s earlier than 18:00, it’s Neuro.
just run fetch or fetch.exe 👍
