If you just want to download the application to run it, you need only the files ARKcc/ARKcc.exe and ARKcc/entities.txt. The latter can be edited to change the structure of the lists and to add custom commands.
Download the latest release to run here: https://github.com/cadon/ARKcc/releases

The file entities.txt contains all the commands, it can be edited and extended to change the structure of the lists and to add custom commands.
