After initial user testing of Reduced Fare Mobility ID enrollment in the Benefits app, SBMTD reported that some users struggled to locate their record in the database because the last name they provided in the form didn't match their last name in the database exactly. This milestone captures a series of interface enhancements to increase the likelihood a rider reaches the enrollment phase if they don't enter their ID information correctly the first time.
