Updates to analyses

  • Corrects for some errors with Saturday and Sunday holidays usually involving the definition of "Regular Service" vs "No Service" and divides by zero errors.
  • A notebook exploring different reference dates that can be used and why one was chosen
  • Fixing up the output csv to make it easier for checking.
