Multiple Queues

Multiple Queues foundations are now in place.
The system can only support one queue at a time as we only have one websocket channel.
The system was demoed and hosted at karakara.org.uk for a trial event.
This is a milestone of 'Karaoke as a service'

Modifications to community interface for media management

Comunity Interface

Community interface was added to allow contributions and content curation from a range of users at a distance.
Internationalisation support was added.
Added badge name restrictions.
Events are now logged in json and can populate elasticsearch to facilitate an admin panel in the future.
System was trailed twice at live events and remained stable.
