This repo tracks the management scripts and first two projects for our proton elastic structure project.

Lassen describes creating tasks and running jobs on Lassen.

Run management describes currently running ensembles and ones we have planned next.

The first two projects will be

• volume study of z**2 moment method

Comparison of FH and 3pt method

The ensembles used will be

• a15m310L_a
• a12m310_a
• a09m310_a

On the a15m310L_a ensemble, we have run 8 srcs/cfg with O+A and 24 src/cfg with faces and 32 srcs/cfg with corner sources, in all cases, using 4 time slices per config, and packing in a bunch of spatial sources. In addition, we will run 8 src/cfg with each src getting it's own seqprop, instead of 1 seqprop for all srcs. This will let us study how well packing spatial sources works in minimizing the cost while maximizing the improvement on the statistical uncertainty.

Volume study of z**2 moment

We will use the ensembles

• a12m310_a (24c64)
• a12m310L_a (32c64)
• a12m310XL_a (48c64)

to study our ability to control the FV corrections to the moment method of computing radii directly.
