This PR updates the Renovate configuration to use the correct grouping for Python version updates in GitHub Actions and adds a top‐level schema reference.
- Add
$schemareference at the top of the config - Remove the outdated “python” package group
- Introduce a new group rule for Python version updates under GitHub Actions
