Steps

• Install depedencies
• Install JS lib via yarn/npm
• Start docker daemon
• Export env variables for correct configuration
• Update your solana image with localnet:update
• Start your localnet cluster with localnet:up
• Build your program with build:program-name
• Run with npm run start

If modifying helloworld.ts:

• Save changes
• Run with npm run start

If modifying rust/C code:

• Save changes
• Build your program with build:program-name
• Run with npm run start

Shutdown:

• Stop your localnet cluster with localnet:down
• Stop your docker service
