Discussion:link for CIP-0112 has had, since merge, an old discussion link for this CPS (abandoned in favour of contemporary CIPs appearing to solve the problem with CIP-0112 was being considered):That history is interesting but as I see it doesn't create a foundation for CIP-0112, as its original PR does:
... because there were too many other ideas being considered along with it. Or maybe its inclusion is just an artefact pasted from another document. In any case, @colll78 @fallen-icarus if you think that old CPS discussion & draft should also remain here then please say so & indicate what we should label it.

Original PR:is coming about as a result of work @Ryun1 is doing to rationalise a lot of that YAML metadata here:
