As a Junior Data Analyst in the marketing analytics team at Cyclistic, a bike-share company in Chicago, I worked on analyzing how casual riders and annual members use the service differently. The goal of this project was to generate insights that could help the marketing team design a strategy to convert casual riders into annual members.

After analyzing the usage patterns of casual riders and annual members, I identified key differences in their riding behavior. Based on these insights, I developed three strategic recommendations for the marketing team to encourage casual riders to become annual members.
