first thing, am noob at this
second, i copied the permissions from axel358/smartdock/blob/main/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml, since waydroid did't bootup with the old ones (it would show the lineasgeos logo animation for a few secs then reboot)
also got the new direct link of smart dock from f-droid since the old one didn't exist
then downloaded the apk used
md5sum smartdock.apkand copied the hash then pasted it in theact_md5variable
