• Datos Grafo.xlsx: Input information used in the book chapter to create graphs.

• Informacion Muestreo. CORREGIDO.xlsx: Input information used in the book chapter for geographical mapping.

• Datos FAMILY.graphml: Family and topics objectives relationship in grapml format (Please use Cytoscape, igraph or networkx to use it).

• Datos IUCN.graphml: IUCN conservation status for each species analyzed and topics objectives relationship in grapml format (Please use Cytoscape, igraph or networkx to use it).

• Datos MARKERS.graphml: Topics objective and Molecular markers types relationship in grapml format (Please use Cytoscape, igraph or networkx to use it).

• Datos to_graph_format.R: R code to obtain a edge list table in tsv format to upload in Cytoscape.

• Datos Maps.R: R code to map the localities geographical coordinates.
