load_atlantis_output replaced by load_atlantis_ncdf! helper_functions added! This is a summary of "small" functions which simplify computations for a lot of functions. In addition helpfer_functions_user_defined stores those functions which depend on user input (e.g. setting the boundary boxes). get_ids_fishbase and extract_linf_k_from fishbase updated. They now work with the package "XML" which results in a more robust extraction procedure. compare_atlantis allows automated creation of plots which compare multiple ATLANTIS runs. In theory the number of runs is infinite but should be limited due to storage capacity (RAM). plot_atlantis allows plotting of single ATLANTIS runs.
