Personal reminder application

This is a "free-time" app - simple personal scheduler.  Composed of a command line tool for adding reminders,
and a background process that carries them out.  This is a learning exercise for
1) More clojure
2) building an internal dsl in clojure
3) homoiconicity - trying this whole "code is data" ting
