JSON:rewire cfpb-input-search to use JSON transled into css for web component

Updated @use to point at our JSON translated into CSS under elements.

cfpb-forms/text-input and cfpb-icons were not updated!

We currently do not have a text-input web component specific version and we are not currently duplicating cfpb-icons in the web components
