Compute deadend and orphan metabolites.
To work with miscoto deadends. Add multiprocessing to miscoto instance.
Remove import of miscoto in setup.py.

miscoto deadendscalculates the orphan and deadend metabolites for the provided metabolic networks associated with a seed file (issue #15).
