Description
Revise chain asym naming to support up to
52 + (52 * 52) = 2,756chains.Motivation
Improve how chain asym names are determined after 26 uppercase letters; fixes #290.
Test plan
Added unit tests for asyms; ran inference on an example and verified chain names.
