Gym Management System is a web application that facilitates the data storage, data maintenance and its retrieval for the gym in a unique manner. Only the Owner of the gym has the privilege to access any database and make the required changes, if necessary.It is an user-friendly database management system and admistrator dashboard that requires minimal user training.
Gym Management System allows the Gym owner to:
• Store and Retrieve the details - of the existing and new members of the gym, existing and new trainers for the gym, etc. This software package allows storing the details of all the data related to a gymnasium.
• Email and texting solution - The software includes a dynamic and effective email and texting solution to keep in touch with members and market to them in optimal ways. This includes sharing newsletters to membership holders, sending invoice, Membership renewal notifications etc.
• Less Administration Better Tracking solution - Enables display of batch details, package wise details, payment details, etc
• Payment management solution - Enables automatic filling of status (paid/due), Automatic calculation of due amount, sending email notifications for payment (if necessary)
• Flexibility to edit details-

The owner has the option to edit rates of packages as and when required. The new rates will be applicable to all the new payments made after change of rate and not to any due payments.

The owner also has the option to edit trainers' batches, years of experience of trainer and other minor details.

The owner also has the option to remove members and trainers as and when required.
